Weight Loss Coaching

  • I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum. I’ve been extremely fit but stuck in a toxic mindset, and I’ve also been 60 pounds overweight. Both experiences taught me what truly works, how to avoid toxic patterns, and how to reach goals while still living life. Because I’ve faced many of the same challenges my clients do, I can offer guidance that’s not just based on knowledge, but on real-life experience.

  • My coaching is built on a whole-person approach, because lasting weight loss isn’t just about eating less or moving more. I look at three areas together:

    Body: We’ll uncover what your body truly needs, from the right calorie intake to the kind of movement that supports your goals. No guessing, no extreme restriction.

    Mind: Life stress, habits, and mindset play a huge role in whether weight loss feels impossible or sustainable. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back and build strategies that fit your real life.

    Social: You’re not doing this alone. I’ll help you navigate social situations (like eating out, gatherings, or travel) that can often feel stressful when you’re trying to lose weight. Plus, I’ll be your personal coach and accountability partner, giving you encouragement, adjustments, and support every step of the way.

  • While AI tools can offer basic templates, they often miss the bigger picture — you. Real weight loss success isn’t just about generic plans; it’s about understanding your unique lifestyle, preferences, struggles, and goals. AI can’t ask follow-up questions, catch emotional patterns, or help you troubleshoot when life gets messy. I've personally tested AI to create meal plans, but found its calorie and macronutrient estimates to be highly inaccurate.

    With 1:1 coaching, you get personalized support, real-time adjustments, accountability, and someone who’s in your corner — not just spitting out a plan, but helping you make it work in the context of your life.

  • The subscription includes three 1:1 sessions per month and support between calls to keep you on track with your progress.

  • Yes — but the goal is to teach you how to do it too. You’ll receive personalized nutrition guidance based on your preferences and goals, and I’ll walk you through how to plan, adjust, and build meals that work for you. It’s about gaining tools, not just following rules.

  • If questions pop up after the session or even months later, I’m happy to help. Just send me an email and I’ll respond as soon as I’m able.

  • Not at all! This service is all about colors that suit your natural features, whether you wear makeup or not. Wearing the wrong colors in your wardrobe could make you look washed out, tired, or may even overpower you. Finding your best colors will enhance your features.

  • I will never share your photos without your consent. Your privacy is my priority.

  • I personally perform each service to ensure high-quality results. AI cannot accurately determine your undertone because it is the color beneath your skin, which requires careful comparison and observation. The most accurate analysis comes from someone who takes the time to assess how your skin reacts to different colors. Additionally, AI relies on generic parameters to assign seasonal categories. For example, if you have blue eyes, it may automatically categorize you as a Summer, even though eye and hair color do not strictly determine your season. Human expertise is far superior in providing accurate and personalized results.
