Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services offered by Perfect Shade of Apricot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to weight loss coaching, style coaching, color analysis, and bundled offerings, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Overview

We offer personal coaching services focused on health, style, and confidence. These services may include but are not limited to:

  • Weight loss coaching

  • Style coaching and personal styling support

  • Color analysis sessions

  • Bundled transformation packages

All services are for educational, coaching, and personal development purposes.

2. No Refunds – All Sales Final

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except in the case of an accidental duplicate or excess purchase (e.g., selecting too many style add-on sessions in a single order). If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can issue a correction. Beyond these cases, all purchases are considered final.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

  • Booking: After purchasing a service, clients must schedule their sessions via our booking platform (Calendly).

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in their confirmation email.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed entirely (no-shows) will be considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Session Expiry: Unless otherwise noted, all sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.

4. In-Person vs. Virtual Sessions

We offer both virtual (Zoom or Google Meet) and in-person sessions (when local). In-person availability is limited and may be subject to location and schedule. All appointments will take place at the agreed location or virtually as indicated when booking.

5. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your choices, health, and well-being.

  • Consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making any dietary, exercise, or health-related changes.

  • Understand that our services are not a substitute for medical care or professional counseling.

  • Release Perfect Shade of Apricot from liability for any adverse outcomes related to the use of our services.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. Services such as weight loss coaching are provided as general wellness and personal development support. Our guidance is based on coaching experience and not medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. Use of Client Photos

If you choose to share photos as part of your coaching experience (e.g., for style or weight loss services), they will be used only for your personal service delivery and never shared publicly without your express written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services — including plans, guides, templates, visual materials, and any digital documents — remains the sole property of Perfect Shade of Apricot. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission.

9. Add-On Sessions & Package Upgrades

Clients who purchase select packages (e.g., Style Basics) may choose to add additional services at a per-session rate. These add-ons are optional and intended to enhance the original service offering.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login links or session materials with others

  • Provide false information

  • Record or reproduce sessions without consent

  • Engage in inappropriate, harmful, or abusive behavior during sessions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Perfect Shade of Apricot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of services indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.
